Payments will be returned - or the lesson rearranged, if a class has to be cancelled due to a teacher being off sick or unable to attend lessons for any other reason
BSOM or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
BSOM reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
BSOM require a notice period of one month, for cancelling ongoing lesson plans.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 24 hours of the class.
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
If there are any sessions missed due to the fault of BSOM, we will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
PPE is the responsibility of the student or parent, and should be worn whenever possible unless it is safe not to during a lesson.
Your monthly payment plan price will be determined depending if there will be 4 lessons in the month or 5 lessons in the month, this will automatically be edited through the system.
Subscriptions: Bournemouth School Of Music offers lessons throughout the year. When you sign up you pay on a monthly basis for that months worth of lessons, the payment will be processed on the 1st of each month. You are NOT signing up to the term. Your payment plan covers you for all lessons you have paid for in that month.
